We love features... and your FollowMe Forward number comes with just that... lots of features!

With three great plans to choose from, you can select the feature set you need or want.

CallerID (Name & Number)

See the phone number and name of the person calling you, and decide if you want to answer.

Call Forward

Not looking to have your calls try multiple number (Follow Me)... you can also simply Call Forward your Follow Me Number to a single number.

Call History Logs

View your call history (including: CallerID information, date, time) from the User Portal

> Available with all plans. 

Call Screening

Know for sure who is calling, by having the callers introduced to you. Calls are intercepted and the caller is asked for their name. You can then decide to accept or reject the call. Rejected calls are sent to voicemail (with Boss and Executive plans, or state you are unavailable with the Worker plan)

> Available with all plans. 

Do Not Disturb (DND)

Busy or just do not want to take calls now... enable Do Not Disturb (DND). When DND is enabled, calls will go direct to voicemail (with Boss and Executive plans, or state you are unavailable with the Worker plan) and will not ring your Follow Me or Call Forward numbers.

Fax to Email

Faxes sent to your Follow Me Forward number are automatically sent to your email address with Executive plan). Your number will not ring you when a fax is incoming.

Follow Me

Calls received to your Follow Me Forward number can sequentially (or simultaneously, be call forwarded to one or more numbers.

Place a Call

Place outbound calls from your Follow Me Forward number.

> Available with the Executive plan. 

Voicemail

When you are unavailable, calls are sent to your voicemail for callers to leave a message.
Your messages can be accessed from any phone or from the Follow Me Forward User Portal.

Voicemail to Email

Voicemail messages are automatically sent to your email address. Options for a simple notification of voicemail or include an attached copy of the message are available.

User Portal

Access your voicemail, call history or make changes to your Follow Me and Call Forward options from the Follow Me Forward User Portal.

0 to Attendant / Phone#

Let callers reach your operator by simply pressing the '0' key at anytime during your message. The call is then forwarded to the operator phone number(s) you specify.
